Why Energy Matters

We are an energy body that emits vibrations & frequencies all day, every day.
The human body is made up of 60% water.
If you put different frequencies into water the movement of the water will change, evolving from soft pattens with calm ripples to fast rapid movement making the water more turbulent & sometimes chaotic.
It is the same principle for us as human beings.
Anger as like other emotions are a frequency, a vibration, that we transmit.
Most people can relate to 'one of those days' - where one thing will go wrong and then the rest of the day follows with similar energies and encounters.
Another example is when you are in a crowd of people and you feel the shift in energy, that something negative is possibly about to happen.
Or vice versa if the energy is high, the vibration is love & everyone is on the same wavelength - there is a 'feel good' vibe which is magnetic.
It's called 'Energy is Matter' for a reason, the frequencies we feed ourselves matter & our energy exchanges day to day also matter - words have a vibration and these things have a direct impact on our vessel, our physical matter.
We can only really be responsible for our own energy but in working with your own energy & raising our vibrational frequency, you can have a positive impact on the people around you, the circumstances that we attract & help to raise the universal collective vibration.
This was really hard for me to accept & come to terms with, not only because of the hard things I had gone through & had to overcome but because of the horrible things that happen in the world and to other people. What I did understand is that tragic things can happen to good people.
Through the power of breath, movement & sound -Your sound, the power of your voice through chanting, we have the ability to transcend these energies into a more positive form that will help serve our day rather than hinder.
We make decisions based on our emotional state of mind, by using practices, whether it be going for a run, yoga, kundalini yoga, free embodied movement you can regulate & balance the body and mind & raise your energy, elevating the vibration you admit in the world around you.
This then helps to support your choices and decisions to come from a much more grounded & wiser perspective.
Its not that bad things wont happen or you wont have another shitty day but your perspective on these things will shift & you become 'less' reactive & more reflective.
The practices that I teach are a combination of Breath, Moving Meditation, Working through our chakras & the energy body. I use chanting as a way to feel into the sound of your vibration, guiding & giving tools to help support you in working with your own energy.
One big tip from me: is pay attention to the negative words you say to yourself or about yourself.
The beliefs you feed yourself, will take momentum.
Catching yourself doing this in conversation with yourself or others is the first step to rewiring this pattern. Show yourself love and compassion.
Examples
'I am such an idiot' - No you are not - you are human, give love to your "human-ness"
Or worse, if someone else calls you this - Do not take on another persons negative vibration towards you - It is not you and its not yours - Use the affirmation
"I am not your perception of me"
We all have bad days but the art is to be the witness to these energies and not the participant.
Regular Practice That Suits Your Needs Will Help.
